How Scented Aromas began

Scented Aromas began with a simple goal – to create luxurious home fragrance and bath products that bring joy to everyday life.

As a mother and daughter team, we've always loved gifting, home fragrance and those little moments of self-care that make a house feel like home. But after years of living with psoriasis and sensitive skin, we often found it difficult to find beautifully scented bath products that were gentle enough for us to enjoy.

Rather than compromising, we decided to create our own.

What started as a small passion project in Manchester has grown into a family-run business that has proudly delivered thousands of handmade products to customers across the UK.

Every product is still handmade with the same care and attention we had when we first began. From our signature Soap Sponges and whipped soaps to our luxury wax melts and home fragrances, everything is created with quality, safety and customer happiness at the heart of what we do.

We're Amanda and Lizzie – the mother and daughter behind Scented Aromas.

Our business is built on creativity, family values and a shared passion for creating products that make people smile. Every new fragrance, product launch and customer order is something we're genuinely excited to be part of.

🌷 Amanda

Amanda is the creative heart of Scented Aromas. She loves discovering new fragrance combinations, designing beautiful gift collections and making sure every product is something she'd be proud to use in her own home.

Her favourite part of the business is hearing how our products become part of our customers' daily routines, whether that's relaxing with a wax melt in the evening or gifting a Soap Sponge to someone special.

💗 Lizzie

Alongside running Scented Aromas, Lizzie is a Registered Children's Nurse, where caring for others has always been at the centre of her career.

That same attention to detail and passion for helping people is reflected throughout the business—from ensuring every product meets high safety standards to creating a welcoming experience for every customer.

Lizzie loves growing the Scented Aromas community and sharing the journey of a family business built with love.
